And now a quick recap of my past week in pop culture.

• Bron-Bron went south.
• ‘The Boss‘ died.  This is my new favorite story I just discovered.  My old was the time he made Donny Baseball shave his sideburns.
• What was your favorite moment of ‘The Hills’ finale special?  Mine was the Heidi and Spencer no show/’Runaway Train’ montage, followed closely by the Justin Bobby speech translation.  This is funny as well. My mom loves James Franco.

Our fearless bandleader, Mike, sent these to me yesterday.

i have always been left of center on the messy – immaculately clean spectrum regarding my bedroom. along those lines, i can definitely be a pack rat (nothing to get me on hoarders, but if i told you what i just found on my old desk in my parents house, you would not be amused).

for 4 years of high school, i wore a tie. everyday. i was cleaning out my closet and came across 1 (there was another) rack of various ties i would wear to school.

as you can see, they run the gamut from standard, to animals, to peanuts cartoons to wtf. they are all going to goodwill, unless you want one. contact me – thomas – at – grogansocialscene [dot] com, and i will give you whichever one you choose.

also, i found this. from my first acoustic guitar my mom gave me as a present. they don’t give out too many lifetime warranties anymore. maybe the only redeeming facet of sam ash is that they always honored this, although i haven’t brought her in for the last 4+ years. i’m thinking about bringing in the tak for a setup just to see if they still honor this. they better. it says lifetime.

I found this bad boy in the sheet music bin at Books For America, the greatest book store ever invented. There was also a Nickleback guitar tab book for $3. I got that as well.
